How many cup sizes can the breasts be reduced by?

Breasts can be reduced significantly if necessary, however, it is worth considering your overall size and body shape to ensure that you are achieving a breast size that remains in proportion with your frame. It is also important to consider the size and shape of your nipples, and think about how they will sit on your new sized breasts. It is unadvisable to reduce breast size smaller than your frame would naturally allow, as this can result in them appearing wide and flat and it can also risk potential loss of sensation in the nipples.

How much swelling can I expect after a breast reduction?

As with all surgery, it is normal to expect some temporary swelling and bruising. These side effects will generally settle down within four weeks.
