An Introduction to Multiple procedures or ‘Makeovers’

It is feasible, if not at times preferable to do cosmetic procedures together. This will allow major changes to occur in a single operation with a single recovery time. There is also some cost benefits to having procedures together. The disadvantages are the longer operation times and potentially an increased risk of complications. Therefore a balance has to be found to ensure safety remains. Use of multiple procedures is most commonly applied to a single body area such as the torso (breasts and tummy together) but can at times be different body areas. Three procedures at the same time is usually the maximum that can be safely performed.
