It is common to do eyelid surgery with face & neck lift. It is feasible to perform a brow lift in addition to this. It does add some swelling to the operation and therefore recovery time but if all are required then it is better performed together.
Rhinoplasty can be done in addition to many procedures including facelift. I prefer not to perform it with lower eyelid surgery as the swelling could become problematic. It is feasible with upper eyelid surgery but this will again add swelling and therefore recovery time to the eyelid surgery.
