This is a common operation and allows major body shape changes in a single operation. Liposuction of the flanks or hips can sometimes be added to this if needed. The common combination is a tummy tuck (abdominoplasty) with either breast reduction, uplift or enlargement. Adding a breast procedure to a tummy tuck does not add any recovery time. The same is not true for the reverse as tummy tuck tends to have a longer recovery time compared to breast surgery.
